The Mental Edge

To play like Tiger Woods or Bernhard Langer, to play the occasional hole-in-one—possible? It’s not as easy as that. One can be helped considerably along the way to ones own level of prowess through special skills in concentration and breathing. These are techniques that are a must for most professionals.

With the help of self-control techniques and you’ll learn to deal with internal and external stress in situations such as tournament pressure, dealing with flight partners and difficult ball positions. These are moments where internal focus and drive can have a positive influence on your game. The term “mental balance” brings our goal to the fore: Harmony between Mind and Body.

The training concept of Golf Mental is based on this philosophy. It’s a mixture of traditional Qi Gong and Yoga exercises as well as elements of Zen-Gymnastics.

Golf mental rewards:
training methods for tuning in concentration, control, relaxation and proper breathing.  This will improve your mental toughness and capabilities in dealing with the many challenges of a round of golf.
